Materials

  • 4x8ft stone wall panels (the amount will depend on wall size (it took 6 for my wall)
  • Compound Joint
  • Plastic Putty knife set
  • 2 inch 18 gauge nails
  • Caulk
  • Paint

Tools

  • Circular Saw
  • Jig Saw
  • Brad Nailer
  • Speed Square
  • Caulk Gun
  • Paint Roller
  • Measuring Tape

Cuts

  • It depends on the wall but cut as you go. Ensure you account for the outlets

Directions

  • Attach all boards to wall using brad nailer
  • Add compound joint with putty knife. How much or how little depends on the look and texture you're trying to achieve. You can scrape up/down or side/side. It takes 24 hours to dry.
  • Caulk where needed
  • Add paint (24 hours to dry)
  • Top it off with compound joint. I used it sparingly because I wanted the gray to show in spots.
