- PH one end of 1x12x28 1/4 in then glue and attach to 1x12x27 in side piece with PH screws
- PH 2 - 1x8x9 3/4 in and attach to 1x12x28 1/4 with pocket hole screws.

- 1st Floor - PH one end of 1x12x28 1/4 in then glue and attach to 1x12x27 in side piece with PH screws. Use glue, brad nailer or spax screws to attach to 1x8s
- 2nd Floor - PH 2 - 1x10x14 1/4 in at both ends or use spax screws and glue and attach to 1x12x28 1/4. PH one end of 1x12x28 1/4 in then glue and attach to 1x12x27in side piece with PH screws

- 3rd Floor - PH 4 - 1x4x14 in at both ends or use spax screws and glue and attach to 1x12x28 1/4. PH one end of 1x12x28 1/4
- 4th Floor - Attach 1x12x24 1/4 to 1x4x14s with brad nailer, spax screws or pocket hole screws. Attach 2 - 1x4x13 to 1x12x24 1/4
- Attach brick panel with braid nailer
- Attach plywood with brad nailer or spax screw

- Roof - 2 - WD @ 12 1/4 in, attach both on top of 1x12x24 1/4 and one to brick panel with glue and brad nailer
- Roof - Attach 2 - 3/4 WD @ 16 3/4in on top of 12 1/4 in WD and inside of 1x4 with wood glue and brad nailer
- Roof - Attach 5 - 3/4 WD @ 11 5/8 in on top of 16 3/4 in WD with wood glue and brad nailer
- Balcony - Attach 4 - 1/2 WD @ 5 3/8 in to 1x12x24 1/4in with wood glue and brad nailer.
- Balcony - Attach 1 - 1/2 WD @ 9 5/8 in and 1 - 1/2 WD @ 7 3/8 in on top of 5 3/8in WDs with wood glue and brad nailer.

- Attach 6 in Hole Saw to drill and drill 6 in hole. Note: This is a time consuming process and it takes time for the saw to drill through the wood.
- Once done, attach 1 1/8 in circle WD @ 29 in with glue and spax screws at top and bottom.
